Cat's Eye

Cat's Eye is a group of mysterious female phantom thieves, who target specific works of art from wealthy collectors. Toshio Utsumi is a detective at the Inunaki Police Station, and is under the threat of demotion for repeatedly failing to catch the Cat's Eye during their heists. His fiancee Hitomi Kisugi, along with her sisters Rui and Ai, run a cafe in Tokyo, also called the Cat's Eye. Unfortunately the bumbling detective doesn't realize that Hitomi and her sisters are leading a double life and the suspects Toshio is searching for are right under his nose.
